4/4/15 - 8/9/15: not recorded, general fixes and bringing forums online after being setup.

9/9/15: Maintenance shutdown for entire forums (only allowing Administrators to use the forums) updated message members see, re-did the Online: Site Description to read "Online: Public Beta release." , Login popup message changed (this should be done on a regular bases once the player base grows), staff update list updated.
